Nation Valley Ranch childrens western group lessons are designed for children aged 7 and up, and teach children the basics of western horsemanship from safe ground handling to control at the lope. Children 3-6 are perfect age for our family lesson programs, and kinder clubs which requires a parent or gardian to be available to spend the entire or part of the lesson beside their child on lead line.
We keep the lessons fun, often working in the outdoor arena, on trail, or on western performance patterns and games.
Lessons are kept small, (a max of 4 riders per class) to ensure safety and lots of personal attention.
