Nation Valley Ranch offers on property leasing options for riders looking for extra time in the saddle. We have two leasing options to choose from.
Barn Mice Lease includes:
Price for a lease is $200/month.(12yrs and older)
Part Lease Includes:

Barn Mice Lease includes:
- One lesson a week with one free time ride/week
- Horse's tack provided
- Trailering available for local off property clinics or shows
- Rotate through our lesson horses. We have many safe and fun horses available.
Price for a lease is $200/month.(12yrs and older)
Part Lease Includes:
- one lesson/week plus 2 free time rides/week

Show Team
Each spring dedicated riders will be invited to join the years show team.
Team includes a lease of a horse, weekly lessons and a line up of shows throughout the year that the students can choose to take part in.
